For clients moving from overseas a fully escorted programme taking a number of days is preferable in order for the client and family to establish themselves quickly with minimum upheaval. Home-finding properly and carefully carried out will ensure that the family is settled and happy allowing the employee to be in the workplace and not concerned for weeks on end about where on earth he is going to live and how everything works in this strange and new environment.
